Primary Responsibility

• Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency using SQL, Python, and data-engineering practices.

• Clean, validate, transform, and standardize multi-country data to support data hygiene and quality.

Build and maintain data pipelines and contribute to cloud data warehousing tasks such as modelling and ingestion (e.g., Snowflake).
Manage customer orders and prepare reports on product issues, performance, and data quality.

Provide customer support by troubleshooting and guiding users through technical solutions. Support product updates, review change requests, and perform routine database and application support tasks.

We're looking for

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on SQL programming experience, including writing complex queries, transformations, and data validation scripts.

Practical experience with Python for automation and data handling.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn cloud data warehousing technologies, especially Snowflake (or similar platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Azure SQL/Data Factory). Understanding of data hygiene, data quality frameworks, and standardization best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work independently or as part of a team, with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
